We have to eat a balanced diet in order to be healthy.Most people like to eat unhealthy food such as food that are high in fats,sugar and oil.Examples are fried chicken wings,sweets,cakes and cookies etc.Some diseases such as high blood pressure,stroke and various types of cancer can occur through eating unhealthy foods.If we eat more fruits and vegetables there are less chances that you will get these types of illnesses.I like to eat fruits and vegetables.Especially honey dew,mangoes,apples,bananas and water melons.When I eat water melons,after I bite into it all the juice will pour into your mouth and its so refreshing!I support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables.I think it is important that children and adults eat more fruits and vegetables so that they can lead a more healthy life.Now at school, we are starting an activity where students in every class can ask the stall vendors for more fruits and veggies in their foods.And when they do that the stall vendors will give them a card and at the end of the competition the class monitors will collect the cards and count them.In each level the class with the most cards will get a prize!(Which is yet to be revealed)
